The GRANDKIDS photomats below measure either 8" x 26 " or  8" x 30".  Adding your photos is easy!  Simply tape your favorite pictures behind the nine cut-out letters, working from right to left(last letter to first letter).  The photos will begin overlapping, and usually only one scissor cut of each photo is necessary.  A piece of tape(masking or scotch) about 2"-2 1/2" at the top of the photo is all you need.  Let gravity do the rest.
